I do not recommend Posta24 to anyone. Although they operate as a UPS collection point, they refuse to hand over the packages according to the conditions stated in the UPS notice (see: attachment), which, in addition to presenting the consignment note number, also allows a person other than the addressee to receive the package. I arrived at the opening – rather hastily – expecting this, in order to receive the package in a few minutes. It took more than ten precious minutes of my morning to send myself a photo of the addressee, who lives at the same address as me, and then sign the receipt on his behalf (yes, it was done in exactly this unofficial way), which took so long because the two employees palletizing the pallets in front of the depot did not even pay attention to me at first, while I was wandering around inside.

The story so far would probably not differ from the usual indifferent service that we encounter every day. What is most interesting, however, is that Posta24 has known about the recipient vs. recipient issue for some time, as – according to them – “there have been problems with this before”, but according to the people working there, it would be my job to resolve this with UPS, either to order exclusively in my own name, or not to have it mailed to them (it was not me who requested it to be picked up, but UPS dropped it off at their place). They probably would have had many other excuses if we continued, but the idea of them, their bosses, or anyone else at Posta24 getting their butts up and calling their contractual partner to discuss the problem has never occurred to anyone at this strangely operating company.

When I suggested that I share my experiences in the form of a one-star review, they replied: perfect, they didn’t make a mistake. So let's leave it at that: my complaint to them is complete, and I consider this matter closed for my part. I sincerely hope that we will never have any luck with each other again.

Well, I've never had such a great experience sending a letter in my life. The person working there was incredibly kind and friendly, it was a pleasure to even walk in. A small room but with precise order, everything was in its place, while he spoke kindly to me, he didn't even look at me as he took out the envelope and put the shipment in. Very professional service and attitude. I was so impressed that my mouth spread wide with a smile. I'm sorry that I can only give 5 stars because I would give it double if I could. This was the first time I've sent an international package here, but it certainly won't be the last. I highly recommend it ✨✨✨✨

Very helpful staff, provided exactly the correct sized box to send things back to the UK. Service was a little pricey, (£50 for 4kg), so a shame they didn't provide a cheaper slower service, but overall happy. Price set by the courier, not them, so not complaining

I had the absolute best experience here and that’s thanks to ZORKA. She went above and beyond, she told me my package would get there in roughly 4 days and it got there in two! I’m pretty sure she personally flew out on the next flight to the location and handed over the package herself. Let’s not forget her customer service, but personally I’d call it red carpet service. I had to remind her that I’m just a low class citizen but she reassured me that every customer in her eyes is the most important person to walk into their establishment. CEO, if you see this, I think it’s time to resign. Zorkas got this!
